Inspector-General of Police, Bangladesh. Benazir Ahmed BPM (Bar) said that the Hon'ble Prime Minister has given instructions to conduct training for every member of the police once a year. As per the instructions of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, training has been organized at least once a year for every police member from constable to additional IG of Bangladesh Police. This will further enhance the skills of police personnel in various fields.
It is to be noted that the training course has been prepared to keep in view the fact that every police member with additional IG rank from constable receives one-week training in a year.
Training of ASP and above officers will be held at Bangladesh Police Academy (BPA), Sarada, Rajshahi.
Constable, Naik, and ASI level training will be conducted at 55 venues under the supervision of the In-Service Training Center.
Training of all ranks of 105 police units of the country including BPA, PTC, all in-service training centers will start simultaneously, which will continue in phases throughout the year.
